Can someone explain to me how it’s already September?
I swear it was just Memorial Day. Now the kids are back in school, pumpkin everything is showing up everywhere, and somehow we’re already talking about the holidays. This time of year, I always start hearing some version of:
“We’re thinking about making a move after the holidays.”
Or…
“We really wanted to do it this year, but life got busy.”
And I get it. Fall has a way of filling up fast.
So before the holidays sneak up on all of us, I have a small favor to ask.
Is there someone in your life who has mentioned buying or selling a home?
Maybe it’s a friend who needs more space. A coworker relocating. A neighbor who keeps talking about downsizing. Or your sister who has been threatening to move for the last three years. You know the one.
If someone came to mind, I’d love an introduction.
Nothing formal is needed. A quick group text or email is perfect, and I’ll take it from there. Even if they’re six months or a year away, I’m always happy to be a resource and help them figure out what makes sense.
Most of my business has been built through introductions from people who know me, trust me, and feel comfortable putting my name in front of someone they care about. I never take that lightly.
