SunspotElizabeth Lucchesi - The Un-Real-torBy Marisa Sutherland Burton Sun Newspapers, June 13, 2007 page 9
Elizabeth Lucchesi is passionate about life. After 11 years with a real estate development company, Elizabeth wanted a family. That meant cutting back on travel so that she could raise her children and renovate the home that she shares with her family.
Elizabeth sets herself apart from thousands of other Realtors by providing extraordinary service and treating her clients and everyone with whom she comes into contact with dignity and respect. |

"Everyone has a gift to give," says Elizabeth. "Try to find it in every person with whom you interact."
Passionate about running, Elizabeth recently put together a team to run in the Kelley Cares 5K run/walk to which she not only donated, but also recruited other runners for the cause. She also is one of the annual sponsors of Del Ray's Art on the Avenue, and she is very active in her children's daycare Beverly Hills Preschool.
"Go big or go home," Elizabeth says. "You have two choices when you wake up in the morning: You can choose to be happy and look up and thank God for all the blessings He has given you or you can sit and stare at your belly button. I choose to look up as much as possible, unless it's raining. You can drown that way."
Among her blessings, Elizabeth includes marrying her best friend, having two beautiful children she can raise to be a gentleman and a lady, and running in all her races. Of her husband., Elizabeth says, "He has balance, conviction, and a love of laughter and life."
For now, Elizabeth's goal is to cut back to working three weekends a month and to be able to turn off her phone at night.
Although her favorite town is Morehead, North Carolina, she is happiest right here in Alexandria, in her own back yard, with husband Dave, children Jim and Harper, and their nine-year-old pointer, Skeeter, (the mailman eater) who is "graying with distinction."
Professionally, Elizabeth's reward is hearing "thank you for all you have done" ...and doing the kind of job that makes clients refer their best friends to her.
