Buyer Representation

Home Buyers overwhelmingly elect a Buyer's Agent to represent their interests in the home buying process and not those of the seller. Elizabeth's clients choose her as their Buyer Representative because:

A Buyer Agent is an agent retained by the buyer to represent the buyer's interests. Not all agents who show homes to buyers represent them! The duty of a Buyer Agent is to locate the right home for the buyer, and negotiate on buyers' behalf for best price and terms, maintain buyer's confidentiality and disclose all known information about the seller AND THE HOME to the buyer.
